We are in the gap between old year and new, between bustling holidays and the winter wasteland of slow January.
Now is a perfect time to look at the year ahead, to take time to breathe, look at the year you’ve left and plan for the year ahead.
This week’s Journal Journey is for reflecting. The following questions will provide you with prompts for the week ahead.
Do you make New Year’s resolutions? Why, or why not?
If you don’t do resolutions, do you create a theme for the year, with an overarching word to guide your next 12 months? What word would you choose?
If you don’t choose a word, do you think of a motto or other tenet that you’d like to follow?
What do you want your year to look like?
What goal(s) do you want to accomplish?
How can you make corrections for whatever mistakes you made last year?
How can you best use your time?
As you move into the fullness of winter, I hope you take time to breathe, feel gratitude, and make the above reflections.
Be well, dear friends.

Another excellent piece of writing!!!
